Healthy Eating for Kids Review

"How To Make Quick, Easy To Prepare Healthy Recipes That Your Kids Will Love To Eat."

Parent or not, this e-book is a great tool for easy, nutritious meals and snacks.

With more and more children being labeled as obese in the US, this book could not have come at a better time.  Children are constantly bombarded with ads for greasy, salty, fatty fried foods and parents often give in to pleading kids because there simply "isn't enough time" to prepare healthy meals.

Enter Healthy Eating for Kids!

This e-book is full of quick, easy recipes that make eating healthy foods FUN for kids (and adults!)

The recipes are divided into six categories:
  • Snacks
  • Drinks
  • Lunch At Home   (My personal favorites!)
  • Packed Lunches For School
  • Evening Meals At Home
  • and Desserts!
I always have a hard time finding ideas for easy lunches for Hub's 4-year-old picky eater, and some of these ideas sounded just perfect.

Some of my favorite lunch and dinner ideas include:
  • Veggie Cottage Cheese Scramble
  • Black Bean Enchiladas
  • Squashed Mac and Cheese
  • Ketchup and Jelly Meatballs...yum!
I would have liked to see pictures of each of the foods, especially since some are kinda hard to imagine until you try them. (the more kid-friendly, aesthetically-pleasing ones) A picture can make or break a recipe for me, but I suppose I'll just have to try them to find out!
