Fit for 2012 Friday ~ Wk 2

Happy Friday, everyone!



As you all know, I'm participating in Tara Burner's Fit For 2012 Challenge, which lasts until the end of December. In it participants are challenged to do several things daily to establish healthy routines, such as drinking 6-8 glasses of water and exercising.  I'm also pushing myself further by weighing-in weekly, in an attempt to keep myself motivated to lose the extra pounds!

While I've been drinking a ton of water daily (like usual), my diet has been lacking the large amounts of veggies and fruits that it needs. Even something as simple as sneaking in a can of veggies for a snack is a great help, though. I also acknowledge that I need to step-it-up with my daily exercises. Ugh...It's rough with a little one around!

Morning weight: 214.8 lbs
Weight lost from last week: 3.4 lbs
Total weight loss: 3.4 lbs
