Daily plugging away at the Fit for 2012 Challenge via Tara Burner, but it gets harder and harder to keep up with everything! Still, I'm determined to make more progress (since I seem to have relapsed into my bad habits temporarily) and drop some more poundage.
A big set back for me, honestly, is that I don't know how to cook most veggies or how to incorporate them into a tasty meal. Yikes! And sad to say, I've found that I've developed an allergic reaction to many raw fruits and veggies, so raw salads is not quite an option.
