Not a whole lot to update today... feeling kinda "meh," to be honest.
Health and weight-wise, things have been doing great. I've gotten into the habit of having a light, healthy breakfast of a smoothie or oatmeal (when we're out of frozen/fresh fruit) followed by a light and healthy meatless lunch. Squeezing in some crunches, squats, and other small strength training exercises whenever possible. Going to be starting a new post-natal core conditioning resistance band workout today, keep an eye out soon for a review and giveaway!
