Fitness Friday ~ Just the basics

So, just the basics today.
Been feeling quite bogged-down lately, with reviews, with baby-care, and with life in general.

Still eating healthy (most of the time) and maintaining some form of physical activity daily, even if it's just a few spurts of jumping jacks. Very much needing to get back into the daily exercise list again.

So, basics. Down from last week, but still much higher than I'd like at this point.

By the way, the menu planning was an epic fail. I wrote down what I needed to get to make a week's worth of meals, then forgot to buy certain things at the store anyway. I believe I've made one of the 6-7 meals I'd planned...ugh. Still, remaining positive and trying again for this upcoming week.

There, my negative thoughts are out for the day. /whew
