Ugh, my first real gain since I've been keeping weekly record of my health mission. I'm determined not to let this get me down, though it is a bit disheartening. Kinda knew it was coming, as I haven't been on top of being physical every day nor eating well. The weigh-in was enough to spur me into action this morning- I did a 30 minute core-strength post-baby workout (review and giveaway soon!)
I'm attempting to make and follow a menu plan this week for all three meals. Kinda tired of waiting until the last minute to figure out healthy meals for hubs, Jace, and myself. So, for this week, I will have a written plan for meals to make (and make ahead) and will be going to the grocery store tomorrow with list in-hand FULL of fresh fruits and veggies. No more excuses for eating poorly!
