Lack-of Fitness Friday ~ Oops!

Alright, I'll admit it. I'm not an organized person.

Take it back. I LOVE to organize and be organized, but I manage time horribly. While this spills over into other aspects of my daily "routine," it's most evident in my efforts to exercise (and blog.)

Being active, blogging, and a number of other things are projects that I should be doing, but somehow "can't find the time" for. Especially with a trip to California to visit family coming up (for two months, woohoo/yikes!) I know I'm in dire need of shedding a few pounds. Once again, the problem boils down to motivation. Working out makes me feel more energized, fit, healthy, and self-confident, so why can't I bring myself to do it more often? It's kinda one of those things you really don't want to do, so excuse after excuse is made as to why it "can't" be done.

So from here on out, no more excuses. Too tired? Too bad. Baby being a pain? Deal with it. I'm determined to fit in at least 20-30 minuted of SOME form of exercise each day. And not the "I did some squats while folding laundry" variety, I need some dedicated sweat-time. Keep me on track guys!
