Allergen information: Contains milk and tree nuts (coconut).
Add one measuring scoop (scoop included) to 8 fl. oz. of whole milk, 2%, 1%, or skim milk, almond milk, or coconut milk. For best results, blend for 20 seconds on low, then 3 seconds on high, let sit for 60 seconds, blend on low for 5 seconds and then immediately pour in glass. Let sit for 60 seconds so ingredients can rehydrate and then drink.
For a thicker shake, add up to 1/2 cup of ice and use whole milk. Blend as directed above.
For a smoothie, add fruits and blend as directed above. 

My Thoughts:

I received a two-pack of Shake the Crave to give a trial run, one chocolate and one vanilla. I've got to say, the taste of the vanilla shake blew me away! It really is as thick and creamy (and delicious!) as a traditional milkshake, with a fraction of the fat and calorie count. 

I mixed my shake packets individually with 8 ounces of 2% reduced fat milk, though you can mix them with any milk (whole, almond, soy, etc.). I drank my shakes for two consecutive breakfasts and really did feel full until lunch time! I didn't experience any strong cravings for food, which is normally a huge obstacle for me while "dieting."  While the chocolate shake was creamy and delicious as well, it was a bit too chocolatey for me. I really, really enjoyed the vanilla best!
